How to Enrol

1. Choose your Course

  1. CHOOSE YOUR COURSE

Select your preferred course on the ground of your personal interests, future career goals and your academic capabilities.

We currently offer:

  • General English
  • English for Academic Purposes

 

  1. COMPLETE ENROLLMENT FORM

Download our Application form from the website and complete the form with all applicable sections in relation to your personal information, education history and course details.

 

  1. ATTACH ALL RELEVANT DOCUMENTS

Supporting documents can include but are not limited to:

  • Completed Application Form
  • Copy of Passport
  • Copy of Evidence of English Language Ability
  • Genuine Temporary Entrant Checklist
  1. SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION

Please send the application form and all applicable supporting documents to SEC via email.

 

  1. UPON SUCCESSFUL APPLICATION

If your application is successful, we will send you an Offer Letter offering you a place in the course and a Student Agreement.

 

  1. PAY FEES

The Offer Letter will outline the required amount of deposit for the course so that SEC can officially confirm your enrollment. The official confirmation will be issued in the form of Confirmation of Enrollment letter (CoE) which is required prior to lodging your visa application.

 

  1. APPLY FOR STUDENT VISA

After the indicated fees are paid, SEC will issue a Confirmation of Enrollment letter (CoE) so that you can start preparing documents and applying for student visa.

2. Complete Enrollment Form

Download our enrollment form from the website and complete the form with all applicable sections in relation to your personal information, education history and course details. Alternatively, the enrollment form can be filled online on the website.

3. Attach all Relevant Documents

Supporting documents can include but not limited to:

  • Completed Enrollment Form
  • Certified Copy of Passport
  • Certified Copy of Highest Qualification Achieved (original and translated version)
  • Certified Copy of Evidence of English Language Ability
  • Evidence of Genuine Study Intention – Statement of Purpose
  • Genuine Temporary Entrant Checklist
  • Evidence of Financial Capacity to satisfy visa requirements
  • Completed Carer Arrangement Form (if applicable)

4. Submit your Application

Please send the enrollment form and all applicable supporting documents to SABT via email

5. Upon Successful Application

If your application is successful, we will send you an Offer Letter offering you a place in the course and a Student Agreement.

6. Pay Fees

The Offer Letter will outline the required amount of deposit for the course so that SABT can officially confirm your enrollment. The official confirmation will be issued in the form of Confirmation of Enrollment letter (CoE) which is required prior to lodging your visa application.

7. Apply for Student Visa (International Students)

After the indicated fees are paid, SABT will issue a Confirmation of Enrollment letter (CoE) so that you can start preparing documents and applying for student visa (subclass 500).
